As previously mentioned, this gives users the opportunity to access the documents created with the software across multiple platforms. This makes writing for this particular assignment much easier than writing on my laptop or using Word on my iPhone. I was able to easily write the article using Google Docs and then export it to PDF so that I could open it in Formatter By Connect to give it the proper appearance. Once I made my edits in Formatter By Connect I was able to upload the edited file back into Google Docs so that it would be safe in case something happened to my computer or mobile device.

The integration of Google Docs and Formatter By Connect provided me with many benefits while writing my article. First of all, I was able to use the word processor on my phone whenever I had free time wherever I might be at the moment. This makes it convenient for me to write wherever I am at the moment rather than having to wait until I am home or at schop to type up my article. Another benefit of this integration is that I was able to easily make changes as I went along without having to retype everything from scratch. Instead I was able to simply make changes as needed and export a new copy of the article every time I made a change. For example, if I wanted to add an additional paragraph or change a few words in a sentence or paragraph I was able to do this quickly without losing too much progress. In addition to being able to work from anywhere at any time, having access to multiple versions of my article saved me from having to start over from scratch should something go wrong. For example, if I accidentally deleted a paragraph from my article or changed something that caused my article to become messy looking I would have been able to rpl back a version of the article and redo it again.
