Integration of Google Contacts and RingCentral

Google Contacts

Google Contacts is an online contact management service developed by Google. The service was launched in March 2006, and was originally named “Google Phone”.

In October 2011, Google Contacts became part of Google Drive, the company’s office software suite. Google Contacts allows users to store personal information including names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses in the cloud. Users can then access the information from any computer with Internet connection.

Founded in 2005, RingCentral is headquartered in Belmont, California. On November 4, 2013 RingCentral was added to the S&P 500 Index. Benefits of Integration of Google Contacts and RingCentral

  • Users can access their RingCentral contact database anywhere they can get online. For example, users can access it via their mobile phones or tablets. This means they don’t need to carry paper records with them to meetings with clients or prospects. It also means they can manage their database while on the go without having to print out copies or use their USB flash drive.
  • Once a user has integrated their RingCentral contacts with Google Contacts, all the information in the Google Contacts database is automatically synced with the RingCentral database. For example, if a user adds a new contact on his phone then that contact will be available on his computer when he gets back to his desk. If he deletes a contact on one device then it is deleted on all devices. In addition, if a user within RingCentral changes a contact’s information (such as a change of phone number), then that contact also updates in the Google Contacts database. This gives users the benefit of having multiple databases with which to work but only having to maintain one database.

The process to integrate Google Contacts and RingCentral may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
