Here’s why:

  • The Global Search Function

When you have a lot of contacts in your Google Contacts list, finding the person you want can be difficult if you don’t remember their name or email address. Using Notion as your Google Contacts top gives you the ability to perform a global search from within Notion. This makes it easy to find the contact information you need quickly. You can also put multiple people in one note or fpder (this will be explained later. This way, if you have several contacts who are all interested in something, you can put them all in one note and just move the conversation forward.

  • The Fpders

If you have a lot of contacts, chances are you break them down into groups for easy access. For example, you might have a fpder for family, friends, co-workers, professional contacts and so on. With Notion as your Google Contacts top, all you need to do is create a fpder for each group and put your contacts into each fpder. From there, you can easily access each group of contacts by clicking on the fpder title. This saves you time when you need to look up information about any particular group of contacts.

Any time someone sends you an email, that email appears in your Google Contacts list. If you have an email conversation that is important or requires further discussion, then you can use Notion to keep notes and reminders about that conversation. If someone asks you for feedback on an article they wrote, then you can make a note about the request in Notion instead of trying to remember it later when you talk with that person.
