Integration of Google CloudPrint and ShipRocket

Google CloudPrint is a platform that allows users to print documents from any computer with network connection. The software will automatically download the printer driver for the printer being used. It is supported by both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox web browsers. After installing Google CloudPrint, users can send print jobs directly to their printers through the application. Google CloudPrint also has the ability to print documents or images from any mobile phone that is running Android 2.2 or later. Google CloudPrint has the option to print to any printer connected to the Internet via an IP address or printer ID. This enables users to print material from any location.

Shiprocket is a company that specializes in simplifying shipping. Shiprocket was founded in 2012 by friends who had previously worked together at Amazon.com. Shiprocket provides affordable shipping sputions for businesses of all sizes. Shiprocket is able to provide these services due to their massive network of carriers. Shiprocket handles worldwide shipping, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, packaging, and returns processing for businesses that are selling products overseas. Shiprocket provides these services at competitive rates.

  • Integration of Google CloudPrint and ShipRocket
  • The integration of Google CloudPrint and ShipRocket will allow for simple printing of shipping labels. There are two steps to this process. First, the customer needs to calculate the weight of their package(s. Next, they need to print out a shipping label with their package’s weight and destination address on it. This will be sent to the carrier and shipped accordingly.

Benefits of Integration of Google CloudPrint and ShipRocket:

One benefit is that it will reduce the amount of time needed to ship packages. Rather than having multiple documents printed out with each address and weight listed, there can be one document that covers all of the information needed. The second benefit is that the customer does not have to type in this information themselves; everything can be calculated automatically. The third benefit is that this system is easier to use than the current one in place in which customers have to copy and paste in shipping quotes and addresses manually in order to get a quote or track their package in transit. Lastly, this would be more convenient for customers because they would not have to wait for someone else in their organization to handle shipping issues when customers want to ship quickly and efficiently.

  • Benefits of Integration of Google CloudPrint and ShipRocket
  • The benefits of integrating Google CloudPrint and ShipRocket into my business would be fewer errors when I am creating shipping labels. I could just send all of the shipping information to my employees’ printer through Google CloudPrint and they could print shipping labels without needing to type out all of the data themselves. Also, I could send a specific shipping label template with a logo already on it so it would look professional when my employees hand deliver a package. As a side note, I could also make a custom template for clients of mine who do not have their own logo on their website yet, but I would need to send them a custom template with their logo on it if they did not have a logo already on file with me. Another benefit of using this system would be less time having to type in shipping information into my system manually when sending a package through ShippingEasy. By using Google CloudPrint, my employees would only have to print out a single document with all of the information needed on it for a faster turnaround time when sending a package abroad or domestically. Also, I could create a template with my business logo on it for my customers who do not have a logo made yet so it would look more professional when I hand deliver a package personally on behalf of my customers instead of using regular paper packing slips. Lastly, another benefit is that my employees would know how much paper I have on hand at all times because they would be printing out shipping labels regularly through Google CloudPrint rather than not knowing how much paper I have left because I am only ever printing out one shipping label at a time when I decide to ship something myself instead of using ShippingEasy’s automatic shipping functionality.
