    Google Cloud Print (GCP. is a cloud printing service developed by Google. Using GCP, an application can transmit to Google's servers a document in PDF format and receive a unique identifier for the document. The user can then print the document from any compatible printer that has an Internet connection. It was launched in beta on 7 July 2010, and in February 2011 it became available in 28 languages. In December 2010, the Google App Engine Team announced that it would support printing through Google Cloud Print. Because Google Cloud Print uses existing infrastructure such as Wi-Fi access points and home networks, in 2012 it was announced that in the future Google Cloud Print will allow Bluetooth and NFC printing to work in a similar way.

    Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM. system developed by Microsoft Corporation. It is part of the Microsoft Dynamics family of business sputions, which includes products such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, a general ledger accounting system, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, a manufacturing and distribution suite, and Microsoft Office 365 Business, a cloud-based software suite for small businesses.

    The latest version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is 8.2; however, Microsoft no longer supports versions 6 or 7. Support for version 7 ended on December 31, 2015, while support for version 6 ended on December 31, 2014. The next major release (version 9. is expected to be made available in 2017 according to Microsoft product roadmaps. The most recent "update" release (version 8.1. was announced at the end of 2015 and released in 2016. The prior update release (version 8. was released in 2014 after an even longer wait time of roughly four years (fplowing version 7. Update releases are intended to offer new functionality without requiring an upgrade to the newest version of the software. The last full release (version 7), was announced in 2009 and released in 2010 after several years of development work.
