Blesta can be integrated with Google Cloud Print in two ways. The first way is through the use of downloadable extensions for Chrome or Firefox browsers, both extensions will work on all operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux. For Chrome download the extension here. For Firefox download the extension here. To install the extension simply open Google Chrome or Firefox, go to settings menu, select extensions tab and click on “get more extensions” button. Search for “blesta” extension and install it. The second way is by using google cloudprint directly together with blesta by using blesta together with google cloud print app. This will only work with Android devices. To do this you will need to download two apps; Google Cloud print app and Blesta app (both are available at Google Play. First you will need to set up blesta by setting up an account, picking a name for your printer (this will be the name of the printer when you print), choosing the type of printer (if your printer is not listed you can manually enter its make and model. and selecting whether you want to print in cpor or black and white. After this you will need to turn on cloud print in your android device settings menu, then go into settings of blesta app where you should find “add new google cloud print device” button. Fplow the instructions on screen if your printer is connected through USB cable you should do nothing else, if it is connected wirelessly simply scan the QR code on the printer with your phone camera and press ok. Then turn off cloud print option in settings menu of android device because it will send commands through wireless connection to the printer instead of through Google Cloud Print app if it is turned on. Now you will be able to print any document right from your phone or tablet simply by pressing print button in blesta app. The document will automatically be sent through Google cloud print. If you are using chrome browser installed on your computer then printing documents will be even easier because all you need to do is press print button in blesta browser window and the document will be sent through Google cloud print directly without having to use blesta app at all. This method works for any operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux), but only if you have chrome browser installed.
