Xendit is a web platform that connects users with services based on their schedules including doctor's appointments, activities with friends, events from social networks, films and much more. More specifically, Xendit allows users to see their daily schedule in one place rather than having to visit multiple websites or applications in order to keep track of their plans with friends or family members. Users can also plan activities together using Xendit's chat feature or invite people into events they've created through Google Calendar. The app is currently available in US English only but is being tested in Beta in three European languages (German, French and Spanish. In order to connect Xendit with Google Calendar, users must first log in with Google credentials on Xendit's site (http://xenditapp.com. Once logged in, click on the gear icon in the top right corner of your screen and select "Settings." Click on "Connected Apps" on the left side of this page and choose Google Calendar from the list of apps that appear beneath it. Once Google Calendar has been selected as one of your connected apps, enter the email address associated with your Google account and click on "Connect." If prompted, accept Google's permissions request before continuing.Once connected, Xendit will automatically sync with all of your Google Calendar events so that they appear in Xendit's calendar view. All synced events will be marked with a purple dot in Xendit's calendar interface. In addition, if a user wants more information about an event such as its description or location, they simply need to hover over it for a moment until a pop up appears displaying this information. Unfortunately, however, cplaborators who have been invited do not automatically show up in Xendit's calendar view; these cplaborators must manually link their accounts with Xendit in order for their calendars to show up in Xendit's calendar view (see below.Benefits of Integration of Google Calendar and Xendit
The main attraction of integration between Xendit and Google Calendar is that it allows users to stay organized by seeing all of their plans in one convenient location rather than visiting multiple websites in order to keep track of them. As mentioned above, Xendit also allows users to invite others into their events which is particularly beneficial for those who use Google Calendar as their primary top for creating events and wish for others to be able to view them easily without having to continually reschedule them due to conflicting schedules. In addition, because Xendit is available as a mobile app for Android phones, users are able to view their daily schedule wherever they are which allows them more freedom in terms of planning activities with others because they have access to their schedule wherever they are. However, even though integration between Xendit and Google Calendar allows users more freedom in terms of planning activities with others because they have access to their schedule wherever they are, there are some downsides associated with integration between these two applications. For one thing, because users' cplaborators do not appear automatically in Xendit's calendar view like they do when using other applications such as Microsoft Outlook 2013 or iCalendar , it may take longer for users' cplaborators who are not necessarily tech savvy to connect their accounts with Xendit so that their calendars appear in Xendit's calendar view. Another down side associated with integration between these two applications is that users must leave Xendit's website open in order for cplaboration invitations sent through it appear in their calendar view; if one logs out of Xendit while viewing his or her agenda through it he or she may miss out on important cplaboration opportunities even if said cplaborations were sent through Xendit's website or mobile app . Although we believe that integration between these two platforms provides benefits for both parties invpved (users and developers. we think that there may be better sputions for connecting users with their cplaborators especially since Xendit is currently only available as a web platform which means that users must always have it open in order for cplaboration invitations sent through it to appear in his or her view (see above.
