For example if someone wants to take a print screen of a ticket that he/she created from a reminder in Google Calendar, he/she can simply do so by opening ServiceNow and creating a new ticket using that print screen as an attachment or by taking a print screen of a ticket within ServiceNow itself before creating new ticket using that print screen as an attachment etc.
