My name is _________ and today I am going to talk about how to integrate Google Calendar and Evernote.
Google Calendar is a web-based application for calendar management. Users can use Google Calendar to keep track of events and create new ones. It can be accessed from a web browser, or using a mobile app on Android and iOS devices.
In addition to the basic calendar features, Google Calendar provides different ways to view and edit events, such as by day, week, month or year. Users can also set up different calendars, such as one for personal appointments and another for schop or work related appointments. Google Calendar allows users to keep track of their schedule and get reminders so they do not forget any events.
Evernote is a free online service that lets people cplect information from the Internet and on their computer and save it in digital notebooks called “notebooks”. Each notebook can contain text, images, documents, websites, or audio messages. With Evernote Premium, users can also access business card recognition and optical character recognition (OCR. features. Evernote is supported on all major platforms and device types including Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Windows Phone, BlackBerry, and WebOS.
When integrating Google Calendar and Evernote there are several ways to go about this process. One way would be to create an account with Evernote and then make sure that you have an account with Google Calendar. Then create a notebook within your Evernote account named the same as the Google Calendar calendar you want to sync with. Select the type of calendar you want to sync with Evernote in the settings tab of the notebook you just created. And then once you have everything set you can start adding events to your calendar just like you would normally do. However, a much easier way is to simply install the Evernote add-on for Chrome/Firefox and then select the calendar you want to sync with from the drop down menu. This way you will be able to change the cpor of your calendar events from red to green to signify what type of event it is.
There are many benefits for integrating Google Calendar and Evernote. If you use both services regularly then it makes sense that you should be able to see both services in one place at once instead of having to look at two different programs on your computer or phone separately. A benefit I noticed when I was integrating Google Calendar and Evernote was that you could easily update an event on either service without having to make sure you were on the right platform or program because the changes would automatically appear on both services. Another benefit I noticed was that you could designate your calendars into different categories so that way if you had a professional calendar and one for personal events they would not be mixed up with each other on either service.
