Gmail is a web-based email service which was developed by Google. Gmail has become a popular way for people to communicate with each other because of its impressive features and ease of use. It has an interface that is easy to use, it is free, and it offers a lot of storage space (up to 7 GB. Users can also choose to get a mobile version of the Outlook product. This makes emailing on the go easier than ever. There are also some things that Gmail users can do that Outlook users cannot. You can set up multiple accounts in one browser, unlike with Outlook where you have to open separate browsers to check email from different accounts. Gmail also gives users the ability to organize their emails into different categories, such as unread or starred (important messages. Gmail includes other features that Outlook does not offer users. For example, Gmail allows users to chat with each other using their email address, whereas Outlook only allows users to chat by phone number. Another feature that is important for many people is the ability to search through their emails for a certain word or phrase. Finally, Gmail allows users to share documents with each other either by attaching them to an email or by uploading them onto Google Docs.

Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS. is an application made by Microsoft that provides information sharing and cplaboration tops. One benefit of MOSS is that it allows users to save their personal documents onto their company’s server instead of storing them on their own computers. Another benefit of MOSS is that it allows many people in a company to access information simultaneously without it slowing down their computers. This also makes it easier for companies to share information among employees located in different offices. The only downside to MOSS is that it is not as popular as Google Docs or even Microsoft Word, thus making it less likely for users to be familiar with how it works.
