As a service provider, Autotask offers cloud-based project management and accounting software. The software allows users to manage time, tasks, projects, invoices and more.In addition to the regular features, Autotask provides tops for tracking time and managing expenses.The system also offers an add-on named Autotask Connector that integrates with other applications such as Gmail. The add-on allows users to send out mass emails to all the contacts in their address books. This feature helps users to stay in touch with their customers directly from within the Autotask application.Autotask provides a mobile app for Android, Windows and iOS platforms. It also provides a desktop client for Mac OS X and Windows platform.Another benefit of Autotask Connector is that it allows users to send out mass emails to all the contacts stored in their Gmail accounts. The messages are sent out without the need of manually creating a contact list or typing each email address individually.Users can also attach files to the messages sent from their Autotask accounts. This is done by clicking on the "attach file" button present under "Options" tab available in the Autotask email editor window.Also, since Autotask and Gmail both have separate spaces for storing emails, users can attach an unlimited number of files to their emails without clogging up space on their devices.Autotask also enables users to set up reminders for upcoming events either through email or SMS. To do so, users need to click on "Reminders" tab fplowed by "New Reminder". They can then enter details such as date and time, reminder text and whether they want to receive reminders via email or SMS. Users can also choose which contacts they want to receive these reminders from their Gmail account.Autotask Connector also sends out reminders for bills, invoices, expenses etc right into your inbox automatically thereby allowing users to remain on top of their finances.
