Integration of GetResponse and Zoho Invoice

Hi, my name is… and I am a student in … . I was looking to build a website for my business and I want to know more about marketing automation.I looked at different companies that provide online marketing tops. One of the most common categories of these online tops are email marketing. There are many services such as MailChimp, Aweber, Constant Contact etc. But there is another kind of email marketing called autoresponder or marketing automation.I have chosen for my article, two companies that provide this service. GetResponse, an online marketing suite for small and medium size businesses and Zoho Invoice, a billing system.

I would like to explain how these two products can be used together.There are three ways in which you can use GetResponse and Zoho Invoice together.

  • GetResponse can be used as a customer database and marketing list for Zoho Invoice. Since Zoho Invoice has a "Subscribe" button, which allows customers to sign up for an invoice via email or mobile phone number, as opposed to manually typing in their details. So in this way, GetResponse can be used to cplect customer data from your website and Zoho Invoice can be used to send out invoices.
  • Zoho Invoice can be used to track sales made by customers that have signed up using the "Subscribe" button on your website. You can set up a template in Zoho Invoice which has the "Subscribe" button on it. This way when a person clicks on the "Subscribe" button on your website, they are automatically subscribed to your list. You can track the sales a customer makes (or not. by using the Sales Metrics report in Zoho Invoice's Customer Reports section.
  • You can also create a newsletter in GetResponse and use Zoho Invoice's "Subscribe" button to sign people up for it. So whenever you send out a newsletter, all of the people who have clicked on the "Subscribe" button will get an email from Zoho Invoice with the subject line of your newsletter and so they don't have to enter their email address or phone number into the application in order to subscribe to it.

These are just a few examples of how you can use GetResponse and Zoho Invoice together to optimize your online marketing efforts.
