Integration of Getform and Amazon DynamoDB

Getform is a mobile application that enables users to easily create and share their forms. In addition to creating, users can also share their forms with others via Getform to help them cplect the important data they need. Getform is completely free and easy to use. The company behind Getform is Smartica Ltd. It was founded in 2005 and has offices in London, Istanbul and Belgrade (Serbia.

Amazon DynamoDB is a fully managed, highly available, scalable NoSQL database service that provides fast and predictable performance with seamless scalability. Amazon DynamoDB provides consistent low latency with single-digit millisecond latency at any scale, so you can start small and scale to even the most complex applications.

Integration of Getform and Amazon DynamoDB

Getform integrates with Amazon DynamoDB by allowing users to create their forms on the Getform platform and then store them on Amazon DynamoDB for later access. Users can then view completed forms either on the Getform platform or on Amazon DynamoDB. Through this integration, Getform users gain the ability to use Amazon DynamoDB to store form submissions, as well as eliminate many of the hassles associated with storing data on multiple systems. With Getform’s simplicity, users are able to create forms quickly and easily, without the need to build a server infrastructure or have extensive technical knowledge.

Benefits of Integration of Getform and Amazon DynamoDB

Integration of Getform and Amazon DynamoDB provides several benefits to both companies. For Getform, it allows the company to expand its services into new markets while helping its customers cplect their data in an efficient manner; for Amazon DynamoDB, it helps provide access to a greater number of potential customers while providing additional value for current customers. Among these benefits are:

  • More Customers. By integrating with Amazon DynamoDB, Getform will be able to provide its services to more customers than before. Currently, Getform only offers its services in Europe and plans to expand into Asia soon; however, by using Amazon DynamoDB as a back-end storage option, Getform will be able to expand into new markets, such as North America. Additionally, those who are interested in using Getform but do not have the technical knowledge required to set up their own storage system may choose to use Getform instead.
  • Additional Storage Options. Integration of Getform and Amazon DynamoDB will allow for greater flexibility for users regarding where their form submissions are stored. Currently, when a user creates a form on the Getform platform, it is stored on the Getform platform until the user chooses to delete it; however, by integrating with Amazon DynamoDB, users will be able to optionally choose to store their form responses on Amazon DynamoDB instead. In addition, since Amazon DynamoDB is a cloud-based spution with strong security features, users will also have additional options for storing and securing their form data if they choose to use that service.
  • Additional Value for Current Customers. Integration of Getform and Amazon DynamoDB will provide additional value for existing customers of both companies. Those who currently use both companies will be able to take advantage of this integration because it will allow them to choose where they would like to store their form submissions. As previously mentioned, current Getform users will now have an additional option for storing their form submissions besides the original Getform platform. Similarly, existing Amazon DynamoDB users will also have an additional option for storing form submissions since they too can choose whether or not they would like to store those submissions on Amazon DynamoDB instead of or in addition to their current storage location.
  • Reduced Cost. Integration of Getform and Amazon DynamoDB will reduce costs for current customers because they will now have one less back-end service that they need to pay for. As previously mentioned, some current customers of both companies choose to host their own form storage systems; however, through integration of these services, they will no longer need to do so since they will be able to store form submissions on Amazon DynamoDB instead. This will not only reduce costs by allowing them to save money on hosting fees but also reduce the time and effort spent maintaining their systems as well.
  • Increased Efficiency. Integration of Getform and Amazon DynamoDB will help increase efficiency for both companies by reducing the hassle of storing data on multiple systems. As previously mentioned, current customers of both companies often host their own back-end systems for storing form submissions; however, if these two companies were integrated together, then these customers would no longer need to host multiple systems for this purpose since all form submissions could be stored through Amazon DynamoDB instead. In addition, integration of these two companies would allow any new customers who already use one or both of these services the option of uploading their form submissions onto either service, rather than having upload them onto just one service or having to maintain two separate systems themselves.
  • Faster Development Time. Integration of Getform and Amazon DynamoDB will help increase development time for new customers because they will no longer need to develop their own custom databases in order to store form submissions. Each company offers different sputions depending on how much contrp over your data you want; however, once again this integration will allow customers who are interested in using both companies’ services together but who do not have extensive development skills a way around this issue by allowing them to store form submissions using Amazon DynamoDB instead which requires less effort than developing a custom database from scratch.

The process to integrate Getform and Amazon DynamoDB may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
