For the purpose of this paper, I have chosen to write about FuseDesk and Zoho Sheet. I have chosen these two applications because they are both alike, in that they are both CRM applications that are not web-based. I want to compare and contrast them in order to show their differences, but also their similarities. I will be looking at the history of each of the companies, what you get with each of them, and how they can be used together.
Integration between Zoho Sheet and FuseDesk is easy. It requires no change to any code. It is very helpful for salespeople who need access to critical sales data while they are on the road. The integration simply exchanges data between the two applications.
The benefits of integration between the two applications are numerous. One of the main benefits is that salespeople can view key information while working on new leads or opportunities. They can access the information about their prospects while they are out in the field, saving them time by not having to return to their office to view it. They will be able to spend more time with the prospect, making them more likely to convert into a new customer. Another benefit is that salespeople can easily share this information with cpleagues. They do not have to worry about misplacing it or having to re-enter it into another application themselves. This makes it easier for them to share information with one another, allowing them to work more efficiently as a team. This means that they will be able to spend more time closing deals and less time doing administrative work that is not strictly related to sales. Salespeople can use Zoho Sheet’s spreadsheet capabilities in order to create quickly and easily formatted spreadsheets for reporting purposes. They will be able to make changes to the data in real-time, which is important when making changes to a company’s marketing campaigns or other campaigns where data must be updated constantly in order for it to remain relevant.
