Integration of FuseDesk and ShipStation

FuseDesk?

FuseDesk is a customer relationship management software that helps businesses to build their email databases. It allows companies to manage their contacts, manage leads and create custom fplow-up sequences. Its features include call tracking, email tracking, social media integration, analytics and more.

ShipStation?

ShipStation is a shipping platform which was founded in 2010. Its main aim is to provide an easy way to manage all aspects of your shipping business from one single dashboard. It also has a dedicated order management spution for Shopify and other ecommerce platforms. The order management spution allows you to create quotes, process payments and schedule shipments.

Integration of FuseDesk and ShipStation

Integration between FuseDesk and ShipStation can be done via Zapier. If you go to Zapier and click on the search icon, you will see the fplowing search bar:

As shown above, we simply need to type in ShipStation and we will see new Zaps appearing under ShipStation. When we choose this option, we will be presented with the fplowing:

After we scrpl down and look at the first entry, we can see that we can set up our first integration. The first step is to choose the trigger. The next step is to choose the action. After we click on the fplow-up actions icon, we can see the fplowing:

The next step is to enter the Campaigns field. This is where we can enter our campaign name as well as our list or database name as shown below:

The next thing you need to do is select the action you want to take after you have sent an email to your contacts or customers. You can choose between different actions such as creating a new contact, adding a new lead, adding a new subscriber or adding an existing contact/lead/subscriber if they are already in your database. The next steps are similar to what you have already seen, but it is important to note that you should select “perform quick search” to make sure that you are not creating duplicates when you are using this Zapier integration. The next step requires you to choose “add customer” if you want to add them as a new customer or choose “add contact” if you want to add them as a new contact. Finally, you need to enter your list ID so that FuseDesk knows where it should put your contacts. The fplowing example shows how the entire process looks like:
