Freshworks CRM is composed of features such as lead management, marketing automation, customer support, social engagement, knowledge base, and help desk. The software can be customized according to the needs of the user. There are two pricing plans available in the software. freemium and premium. This article will focus on the premium version of Freshworks CRM.

ServiceNow is an all-in-one software system that provides IT management, customer service, and human resources. It is used to manage all the departments in the company. The software also allows users to create their own apps. It has features such as business process management, application development, business process management, business analytics, and DevOps.

Integration of Freshworks CRM and ServiceNow

The integration of Freshworks CRM and ServiceNow makes it easy for businesses to manage their workflow. This will launch a new browser tab showing the details of your Freshworks CRM account. You should sign in using your credentials to access your account. Once you have signed in successfully, you should go to Settings>Integrations>Application Integration>Connectors. From here, you can find out what type of connector you want to use. Now you should click on GET STARTED button to proceed further. This will take you to another page where you can choose which type of connector to use. If you want to use both types of connectors then you should click on both CONNECTOR + PIPELINE and CONNECTOR ONLY buttons and select next. Now your application will be connected to ServiceNow and you can start integrating them together. For example. You can now send information about sales orders from Freshworks CRM to ServiceNow so that sales orders can be processed quickly and accurately within ServiceNow. To do this you should select Sales Orders as Type under Posting Type section and click Add button next to it as shown below. Once you have selected Sales Orders as Type under Posting Type section and clicked Add button next to it then you should click on Get Started button as shown below.
