Freshworks CRM has three types of plans. Premium, Enterprise and Ultimate.

Premium. $30 per user, per month. It comes with unlimited support team members and support for three teams.

Enterprise. $45 per user, per month. It comes with unlimited support team members and support for five teams.

Ultimate. $60 per user, per month. It comes with unlimited support team members and support for ten teams.

Microsoft Excel?

Excel is a spreadsheet application developed by Microsoft for both Windows and Mac OS X platforms. It features calculation, graphing tops, pivot tables, and a macro programming language called Visual Basic for Applications (VBA. It has been a very popular spreadsheet application for many years.

Integration of Freshworks CRM and Microsoft Excel

In order to integrate Freshworks CRM with Microsoft Excel, you need to download the Microsoft Office Connector from the developer website “https://www.freshsales.com/list.php?v=lwqd8jsyj”. In this example, we have downloaded the connector on Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. After downloading the connector, you can install it on your computer. The first step is to create a connection between Freshworks CRM and Microsoft Excel by clicking on “Connections” under the “Edit” tab as shown below:

In the “Connection Editor” box as shown below, you can select the account from which you want to connect from the drop-down menu as shown below:

In this example, we have chosen the account named “[email protected]” as shown below:

The next step is to choose the table that you want to link to Excel by clicking on the “Tables” tab in the right panel as shown below:

In this example, we have selected all tables that come within the scope of “Freshdesk Support” as shown below:

Once your selection process is done, you can click on “OK” to save your selection. That’s it! You are ready to view all data in Microsoft Excel!
