After the ticket is created in Freshdesk, you can accept or reject it directly in Skype for Business by simply clicking on the notification in the Notifications tab. If you want to change the status of the ticket in Freshdesk, creating inbound tickets in your Skype for Business client will make it easier for you to track it in the same place.
