Integration of Freshservice and TimeCamp

Integration of Freshservice and TimeCamp helps you to track time spent on a ticket. This feature makes it easier for companies to manage time spent on a ticket and identify which of their employees spend more time on a certain ticket. For example, a company may want to know which of their employees spends more time on troubleshooting tickets related to a certain product or service.

Integration of Freshservice and TimeCamp works seamlessly. All you need to do is connect your Freshservice account with your TimeCamp account and add the timeframe when you want to add the time entries from Freshservice in TimeCamp. You can add multiple Freshservice accounts on a single TimeCamp account and add the entry from any one of them in TimeCamp whenever needed. To add an entry in your TimeCamp account from Freshservice, navigate to the Time Tracking page and click the Add Entry in Timecamp button in the upper right corner of the screen:

Once clicked, the fplowing dialog will appear:

Select the desired timeframe and click Save:

On saving, the fplowing dialog will open. Enter the details of the time entry and click Save. Once saved, the Timecamp entry will be updated. The updated entry will look like this. If there is no update made in the existing entry in the selected timeframe, then there will be no entry created in Timecamp for that period. B.
