Integration of Freshservice and TimeCamp

Integration of Freshservice and TimeCamp helps you to track time spent on a ticket. To add an entry in your TimeCamp account from Freshservice, navigate to the Time Tracking page and click the Add Entry in Timecamp button in the upper right corner of the screen:

Once clicked, the fplowing dialog will appear:

Select the desired timeframe and click Save:

On saving, the fplowing dialog will open. Enter the details of the time entry and click Save. Once saved, the Timecamp entry will be updated. The updated entry will look like this. If there is no update made in the existing entry in the selected timeframe, then there will be no entry created in Timecamp for that period. B.
