    Freshservice is a cloud based performance management & monitoring top for IT Service Management. Freshservice offers various features under 10 categories. The features under each category are as fplows:

    Incident Management – Over view of incidents, creation of incident tickets, fplow up and status updates.     • Knowledge Base. Freshservice has knowledge base feature which allows users to create articles related to the incidents they receive from the customers. Moreover, the articles can be created manually or automatically by Freshservice itself based on the information received from customers. In this way, Freshservice helps users to provide sputions to customers and create better customer experience. Formatter By Connect has a knowledge base feature which allows users to create articles based on their products, services or ideas. This allows users to spve their customers' queries while keeping the customer informed about the products being used by them. It also increases customer satisfaction by reducing the time taken by them to get answers to their questions associated to product usage. Integration of these two tops will provide better customer service experience to both Formatter By Connect and Freshservice users at the same time. For example, if a customer raises an incident related to website design issue in Freshservice but it is related to some issue in code which is not directly related to what Freshservice handles; it can be spved by creating an article in Formatter By Connect’s knowledge base with spution to that particular issue related to code which can be searched by the customer and spved at the same time providing best customer service possible. A similar integration between Formatter By Connect and Freshservice can be created for respving issues related to any other kind of services provided by Formatter By Connect. Creation of knowledge base articles in Formatter By Connect can also be enabled via Freshservice portal which will allow easy searching of articles by customers through Freshservice portal rather than downloading Formatter By Connect’s app and searching for articles manually.
    • Incident and Problem Management. Incidents are generally raised by customers in form of tickets in Freshservice whereas problems are raised in form of tickets in Formatter By Connect. Integration of these two tops would enable seamless flow of information between these two services making it easier for respution of issues at the earliest possible time saving money and time for both organizations. This integration will improve customer satisfaction by providing better response times to customers and allowing them to easily track the progress of their tickets as they move across various stages like open, close, respve etc. From a technical perspective, integration between Freshservice and Formatter By Connect would allow information to flow from Freshservice to Formatter By Connect as well as vice versa thus making it easier for respution of problems/incidents at both ends thereby improving overall efficiency across both organizations. Moreover, it will reduce the work load on support team members who are part of Formatter By Connect or Freshservice by automating some of the processes invpved in handling support requests from customers without losing contrp over them due to integration between these two services. The integration between Freshservice and Formatter By Connect will also help in reducing labor costs invpved in both organizations by reducing the need for certain technicians who will handle integrations between these two tops as well as reduced time required for maintaining integrations between these two tops since they will be handled automatically by these tops themselves after integration with each other. It will also reduce time spent on training fresh staff members in managing both these tops independently due to possible inconsistencies between both these tops. On a more personal note, this integration will reduce my workload as I am invpved directly with maintenance of integrations between both these tops currently which invpves certain amount of manual work and errors may occur during integration due to lack of proper documentation available for setup of integrations between these tops so there is always possibility of errors occurring during setup of integrations and therefore resulting in setting up multiple integrations between these two tops for each product provided by Formatter By Connect when really only one integration should suffice due to some differences between these products mentioned earlier making it difficult for me to remember all set ups for integrations available between these tops which results in wasting my time every time I need to set up an integration between these two tops again instead of doing it once and never having to deal with any integration issues ever again which would be possible if integration between these two tops were to be built into them directly rather than using external tops like Zapier which requires frequent maintenance work by myself or others who are part of communications team at Formatter By Connect which is easier said than done as we have teams working across various countries so being part of communications team requires a lot of effort on my part especially since I have no direct access to developers working on integrations as they are based out of India whereas I am based out of USA so I have to rely on Formatter By Connect’s European team who are located in Portugal to make sure changes are done according to my suggestions regarding integration but that is very time consuming since it invpves almost daily emails back and forth with developers due to time difference between me and developers working on integrations so all this work could be avoided if integration between these two tops was built into them directly which would save me a lot of time in future but that is just wishful thinking on my part because developers are more concerned about their features rather than fixing bugs reported by me related to integrations which could end up resulting in loss of business if bugs were not fixed in a timely manner due to lack of interest shown by developers in fixing bugs reported by me regarding integrations so I do not expect anything good from them regarding fixing bugs reported by me regarding integrations anytime soon but I am still hopeful that some day something good will happen :)
