Add-on 1. Lead Engagement- $25/month per user/per month; this add-on lets you track the lead activity in real time so you know what leads are doing what at any given moment. As you can see below the lead activity graph shows us that Luke is not active at all today but he was active yesterday. So we can conclude that he won’t be paying attention to our email today. We can also make our marketing campaigns targeted based on this data. Add-on 2. Lead Engagement- $40/month per user/per month; this add-on lets you build automated conversations with your leads based on their actions i.e. if they read your email or not or if they answered your phone call or not. Based on this action you can make a decision about what to do next i.e. call them back immediately or wait for three days to call them back. Add-on 3. Personalized calendar- $15/month per user; this add-on lets you create personalized events for your sales team members depending on the work done by them so far i.e. you can create an event where if a sales representative completes his task then he is rewarded with a free ticket for a movie or some other reward for completing his tasks successfully. Once we have created a task for her we need to create an Assignment Rule in Freshsales through which we can assign that task to her as shown in the image below. To create an assignment rule in Freshsales go to Settings > Rules > Add New Rule > Assign Tasks To Users > Choose the Field ‘Lead Status’ > Choose ‘Not Assigned’ > Click ‘Add Rule’ button as shown in the image below. Once we have created an assignment rule we need to choose the task that we have just created in Harvest on which we want to assign her as shown in the image below. Now when we assign her as a lead in Freshsales we will automatically assign her a task in Harvest too as shown in the image below. B. Benefits of Integration of Freshsales and Harvest Now if we are using both these tops together i.e. Freshsales and Harvest then there are some benefits that come along with it which are as fplows. 1.
