Integration of Freshsales and Google Tasks. A Look at the Future
I have read Freshsales’s integration of Google Tasks with its CRM. And in this article I will talk about how it benefits both Freshsales and its users.
Freshsales, a sales automation software, is known for making the lives of salespeople easier. It serves as a CRM, connects to numerous other apps, and comes with AI-enabled intelligence. With these features under its belt, Freshsales recently integrated with Google Tasks. This integration allows you to add tasks from the app to your Google Tasks list and vice versa.
Freshsales founder Shashank Kishore says that this integration not only makes work easier but also helps salespeople focus on their targets and get more done. In fact, he makes the argument that “If you want to be a top performer in sales, then you need to know how to manage your tasks.”
This integration has already been welcomed by Freshsales users. As one user put it, “I love that I can now keep track of my to-dos in a simple yet effective way with Google Tasks and not have to switch back and forth between the two to see where I am at.”
Freshsales has been working on the integration of their product with Google Tasks since October 2018. But the launch was delayed for several reasons; one such reason was that there were some bugs in the code that needed fixing. But now it is here and it is ready to use. With the help of this integration, users can add tasks from their web app directly to their Google Tasks list. And vice versa, they can add tasks from their Google Tasks list directly to their Freshsales web app. And if they want to add tasks from their mobile app, they can do so via TaskMan.
This integration does not require extra work; it just works seamlessly. Users can even set reminders for all their tasks through Freshsales without having to go to any other app like Google Calendar. In case the user forgets to set a reminder for a task, TaskMan will remind them at the specified time. And once they are reminded of a task, they can choose whether they want to add it to their Freshsales list or not. If no action is taken within five days, TaskMan will automatically move the task to an archive fpder.
