The client can see the option of “New Integration” there and can select “HTML/CSS to Image” from the drop-down menu. Now, the client needs to enter their API key for both APIs and then click on “Submit Integration” button. If you wish to integrate HTML/CSS to Image with Freshdesk manually, you can fplow these steps by yourself:

Step 1. Log in to your account at Freshdesk and then go to “Admin” section, click on “Integrations” tab and then click on “New Integration” button. You can also go to Freshdesk API Documentation webpage where you can find all the details about the integration.

Step 2. Now, select “HTML/CSS to Image” from the drop-down menu next to “Choose integration type” and then click on “Next Step” button. You can also choose between “API Key” or “OAuth Token” depending upon your choice. The details of OAuth token are given below:

Authorization URL. https://www.freshdesk.com/oauth2/authorize

Token URL. https://www.freshdesk.com/oauth2/token

Client ID. Your Freshdesk API key (generated after integration. This can be found under Settings > Integrations > API Keys > Copy API Key . Just copy the key and paste it in place of Client ID value below (you will see more information on this below.

Client Secret. Your Freshdesk API key (generated after integration. Just copy the key and paste it in place of Client Secret value below (you will see more information on this below.

Response Type. Token response required . Please note. In this case you will not receive a refresh token via email, so please make sure you have enabled email notifications in your Freshdesk settings under Settings > Notifications > Email Notifications , otherwise you won't get any notification for new tokens if they are created! You can also notice that there is a "Refresh Token" field here which is disabled - do not modify or delete it! This field is required by our applet but we are using token response instead (i.e. we don't need to handle refresh tokens), however we still need this field in case you decide to use refresh tokens in future (see also note below about refresh tokens.
