    Zapier allows you to connect Freshdesk and Salesforce by using ‘New Lead’ data. For this integration, you need to use the ‘New Lead’ data as the trigger event in both Freshdesk and Salesforce. The ‘New Lead’ data will be sent on the same way in both your applications. In ‘Source’ field, you need to choose the ‘New Lead’ option. Then, select the fields to be synced between Freshdesk and Salesforce. You will find all the required fields on the left panel under ‘Fields Available for Sync’ section.
