This integration will allow Agendor customers to send an email directly from Freshdesk to the Agendor system. From there, the message will be automatically added to an Agendor case and a new card will be created in the Agendor card deck. This makes it easy to keep track of all correspondence that occurs between Agendor and the customer. Once a ticket has been closed in Freshdesk, it is automatically updated in Agendor.
