Integration of Formatter By Connect and MongoDB Realm

Formatter By Connect?

Formatter by Connect is a free type of SSIS Data Flow task which enables you to export the data from the source and import it into the target system. The data can be in any format, like Excel, HTML, XML, JSON, CSV, etc. The output can also be customized as per your need.

MongoDB Realm?

MongoDB Realm is a NoSQL database which provides high performance and scalable storage for mobile applications. It stores data in an organized way to provide faster access to the data. MongoDB Realm provides simple open source APIs which can be used in iOS and Android apps. MongoDB Realm is basically a database which stores the data in JSON documents. This feature makes it easy to use with JavaScript based web applications.

Integration of Formatter By Connect and MongoDB Realm

Before we integrate the two applications, let’s check the benefits of integrating them:

The connection between Formatter by Connect and MongoDB Realm is helpful in storing the data in MongoDB Realm after exporting from Excel or any other format. This connection will also convert the data to JSON in JSON format. It will save a lot of time and money because there will not be any need for hiring someone for converting the data manually from one format to another format.

The connection between Formatter by Connect and MongoDB Realm is beneficial in that it helps in sharing the data between different systems. Let’s say that there are two departments A and B, which have their own accounts on Google Drive and iCloud respectively, but they want to share a single document online. Using Formatter by Connect application, they can easily do this without opening each other’s account. One department can add a new file to Google Drive, and other department can add a new file to iCloud. In this way, both the departments will be able to share their files online without opening their individual accounts on Google Drive and iCloud. Another example of such connection would be sending emails to several users at once through a mail service provider like Gmail. Normally, you will have to send emails on multiple occasions to each user individually, but if you use Formatter by Connect application then you can send email to several users at once with just one click of a button in a single instance. This saves a lot of time and money for both sender and receiver of the emails. For example, if you have hired 10 people for sending emails to 100 users, using Formatter by Connect application will cost you only one person instead of 10 people for sending emails, and also you will save a lot of time because all the emails will be delivered simultaneously instead of one by one. In addition, the same concept applies to social media like Facebook or Twitter where one can post their content on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram at once without using multiple instances of these social media networks. You can also use this concept for accessing several websites with just one browser instance.

The connection between Formatter by Connect and MongoDB Realm is helpful in displaying the data from MongoDB Realm in any format, e.g., in HTML or XML format for mobile applications or Excel or JSON format for web applications. For example, if you want to create an Excel spreadsheet from MongoDB Realm data then you just have to connect Formatter by Connect with MongoDB Realm. You don’t even have to write a single line of code inside excel spreadsheet because everything will be done automatically. We will discuss this feature in detail later in this article. Another example could be that if you want to display the data from MongoDB Realm in JSON format then you just have to connect Formatter by Connect with MongoDB Realm for converting it into JSON format. Similarly, if you want to display the data from MongoDB Realm in HTML or XML format then you just have to connect Formatter by Connect with MongoDB Realm for converting it into HTML or XML format respectively. This feature saves a lot of time because developers don’t have to write different code for displaying data from MongoDB Realm in different formats like Excel or JSON or HTML or XML formats.
