My opinion about Formatter by Connect and Freshdesk is very high. I think they should be able to maintain their popularity because there aren’t many other programs that do what they do. There aren’t any other programs that allow customers to begin the ticket process from within a document. Even if someone created something like it, I don’t think it would be nearly as popular as Formatter by Connect and Freshdesk are. The reason I say this is because I believe that these two programs have a large fplowing of active users who actively use both of them. The fact that they were already popular before they integrated makes me believe that there will always be a large group of people who use both of them regardless of how many similar programs are released in the future. Also, I believe that Formatter by Connect and Freshdesk will continue to be popular because they have great customer support and work closely with their users to improve their products. This is shown through all the new features they have introduced over the past few months and their willingness to listen to user feedback and make changes accordingly (such as making it possible to integrate into an unlimited number of documents.
