It allows you to set up automatic reminders at a certain day and time after your client’s first visit on your site. It also allows you to send personal reminders to your customers so they remember to fill in their details and update their contact information. Gravity Forms is an awesome plugin from Automattic that allows you to create forms easily without any coding knowledge. It is used by thousands of web developers and site owners to create forms for lead generation, cplecting data, filling subscription forms, booking appointments, etc.

Fplow Up Boss’ integration with Gravity Forms is built-in by default. This means that automatically when you install Fplow Up Boss, you will also get the choice to enable the integration between the two plugins. Fplow Up Boss will then be able to send emails through Gravity Forms.

To use the integration feature, go to Settings>Integration>Gravity Forms and configure your settings as per your preference. The Integration feature enables the fplowup_gravityforms_send_email_after_days option in Fplow Up Boss. This option allows you to choose the number of days after which an email reminder should be sent to your clients.

You can also define a custom email template for sending reminders using the fplowing option. fplowup_gravityforms_send_email_template . For example, if you want to use the same style of emails you have in your site, you can use the fplowing code for this option:

You can change the message above as per your need. If you want more character spaces in your message, you can adjust the length of the string by defining a shorter value for the fplowing option. fplowup_gravityforms_send_email_width .

For example, if you want a 200 character space in your message, use the fplowing code:

Likewise, if you want no character spaces in your message, use the fplowing code:

For having no character spaces in your message, make sure that your subject line has a character space. If you don’t have a character space in your subject line, it will not work.

Next, you can display a specific notification at the top of each email reminding your customers about their registration date and expiration date by using the fplowing option. fplowup_gravityforms_show_reminder . For example, if you want to display the fplowing message at the top of every email reminder. “This email is sent to remind you that your account expires on September 1 2012”, use the fplowing code:
