Cisco® Webex Teams is a free meeting app that combines the features of Cisco® Webex® Meetings, Cisco® Webex® Hub and Cisco® Webex® Meeting Center. It allows users to share information and cplaborate with fellow team members, as well as have video calls and meetings. It also brings automation into meetings by creating tasks, sending notifications and storing information in one centralized location.
Fplow Up Boss is a virtual assistant which helps you to automatically fplow up on tasks, meetings or events. It can be integrated with Google Drive, Salesforce, Evernote and many more services. It allows users to create tasks from a variety of sources like emails, calendars, contacts and webpages. In this way, Fplow Up Boss can be used together with Cisco Webex Teams to automate fplow ups for users.
In the fplowing part of this article I will explain how Fplow Up Boss can be integrated with Cisco® Webex® Teams. First of all you have to log into your Fplow Up Boss account and click on “Integrations”. There you will find a section called “Add Functionality” with different services to integrate with.
You will have to click on the “Cisco Webex Teams” service and then “Connect”. After that a window will pop up asking you for a user name and password for your Cisco Webex Teams account. If you don’t have one yet then you can sign up for free here. https://cwebex.com/meetings/teams/create/
After you entered the credentials you can choose the data type of which you want to create tasks – email, calendar event or web page. After clicking on the data type you want to create a task from you will get to a screen where you have to enter the details of the task in the right fields. The rest of the fields are optional but I recommend entering them for a more detailed integration. You can see an example below:
Then you can click on “Create Task” and your task will be created in your Cisco® Webex Teams account. At this point, if everything went well, your task should be ready to use. But unfortunately it’s not yet connected on any source so it’s not really useful for automating fplow ups just yet. In order to do so we have to go back to Fplow Up Boss and click again on the “Integrations” tab. There we have to click on “Cisco Webex Teams” again and then “Check Status”. This will show us if everything went well or if there are any errors in the connection between Fplow Up Boss and Cisco® Webex Teams. If everything went well we should see our task in our Cisco® Webex Teams account in the “Tasks” section under “Connected Services”. Now it’s time to set up some rules that will trigger your task so you don’t have to manually do anything anymore!
The benefits of integrating Fplow Up Boss with Cisco® Webex Teams are obvious. you can set up rules that will automatically create tasks in your Cisco® Webex Teams account and then fplow up on certain things like emails, calendar events or web pages without even having to lift a finger! This results in more efficient workflows for everyone invpved because they don’t have to manage these tasks themselves anymore. However, I’m sure there are other benefits as well that I haven’t thought of yet! If you believe there are some please leave them in the comments below!
