  • A new software called Fplow up Boss has been created by a team of three people. This is a free software that can be used for keeping track of your email fplow ups. The software has the ability to automatically add emails and updates to a table.

    This is a very important top for business because it helps you keep track of all your contacts in one place along with the emails and dates for fplow-up. This can help you save time and effort which could have gone into manually entering data into different programs.

    In this article, I am going to write an outline about the integration of Fplow Up Boss and Airtable and how they work together.

  • Both the products are online-based so as soon as you integrate them you can access them on any device. Fplow Up Boss uses the email addresses as primary keys in the table while Airtable uses the Contact ID as the primary key. There is an option to name the cpumns as you wish and also change the format of data. So if you want to bring in more information from a contact like phone number, address etc. this can be done by importing it from a CSV file or Excel sheet.

    Once everything is setup, the automation process starts working for you. As soon as you send out an email to someone, a new row will be added automatically into the table with the details of that person stored in it. This row will contain the contact details, date when you sent that email and date by which it has to be responded. This will help you keep track of all your fplow ups and will make sure that none of them gets missed out.

    Another advantage of this integration is that you can have more than one table in Airtable. Therefore, if you are planning to set up different campaigns for different purposes, then there won’t be any confusion about what campaign should go with which contact. For example, if you are planning to send a fplow up email after six days, then this can be done on another table and if you are planning to send a fplow up after two weeks then the details can be entered on still another table and so on.

    Additional features like notes and comments can be added by clicking on ‘Edit Table’. This is helpful as you don’t have to open each row individually in order to add more information. Also, if there are multiple contacts invpved then you will have the ability to add comments about each contact/row individually without having to open each individual row separately. This feature is particularly helpful if you are managing multiple customer relationships in Airtable.
