Integration of Highlight and MS Excel allows you to filter and export your data directly from MS Excel. Highlight provides you with a way to import data into your own database or file storage. You can add comments and tags to your Excel files, which will sync in all versions of Highlight.

This integration allows you to filter data directly from Microsoft Excel so that you can export filtered data to your Highlight account. Here's an example:

Open the Filter By Connect app in your browser. Click on ‘Show me all’ to display all your filters. Select the filter "Sales" Click on ‘Microsoft Excel’ to open it in your browser. Save it in your computer or another device Open Microsoft Excel and type "=filterbyconnect()" in your worksheet (see screenshot below. Paste the code that appears in the second cpumn of Filter By Connect in step 3 above. Here's what it should look like. =filterbyconnect(. In the ‘connection:’ box in Microsoft Excel, paste this URL. Press Enter to return the data from your Highlight account to your spreadsheet. Now that you have the data from your Highlight account, you can manipulate it as you please! For example, you can insert it in a pivot table or use it in any other way. When you're done, select "Save As" to save the data in a CSV format. After saving the CSV file, you can double-click on the file to open it in Google Sheets or load it into any spreadsheet application you want.
