Filter By Connect is a workplace management platform that allows you to manage your team in real time. It allows you to organize and communicate with your team members. It also provides the ability for users to work cplaboratively on projects, tasks and lists. Filtering is a feature that allows you to filter your tasks based on certain criteria. Certain features allow you to download anytime, anywhere and allow you to receive real-time updates.

  • ClickUp is a project management platform that allows you to manage tasks and schedules. It allows you to organize your team into groups that can be assigned tasks and can be given deadlines.

  • Integration of Filter By Connect and ClickUp
  • In order to integrate Filter By Connect with ClickUp, you must first create an account on both platforms. After creating the account, you will have to link the two accounts together by going to the “Settings” page and selecting the “Connections” option. From there, select the “Connections” option and connect through either Facebook or Google. After connecting through one of those options, connect through the other option. Once you have connected through both Facebook and Google, you can now connect through Filter By Connect. You must first go to the “Settings” tab, then “Connections” and then “Connect”. You must then select the “Connect With Filter By Connect” option. On this next page, enter your email address and the password that you created when signing up for Filter By Connect. Upon entering the correct information, click the “Sign in” button. This will take you to a confirmation page where you must select the “Confirm” button. Once you have confirmed, wait until you are taken back to the main page on ClickUp and select the “Done” button. You should now see a new menu option called “Filter By Connect”. Select it to open a new window that will prompt you to sign into Filter By Connect using your email address and password that you just linked it with ClickUp. When you are finished signing in, go back to ClickUp and select the “Done” button again. Now that these two platforms are integrated, you can share projects between them and sync them together. You can do this by going to your dashboard on either platform and clicking on the “+” button in the top left corner of your screen. Then select the “Add Project” option from the drop down menu that appears. You will then be prompted to enter certain information like project name, description, etc. Once you have entered all of this information, click “Create Project” at the bottom of the screen. You should now be brought back to your dashboard where you will see a new project with the name that you gave it. If you want to add tasks to this project, please read section 4 below. To add a task, go back to your dashboard by clicking on it and then click on the “+” button at the top left corner of your screen. Then select “New Task” from the drop down menu that appears. You will then be prompted to enter certain information like project name, description, assignee(s), due date(s. and more. After entering all of this information, click “Next Task” at the bottom of the screen. You should now be brought back to your dashboard where you will see a new task with the name that you gave it and all of the information that you entered will be visible here as well. To create a category for this task or a label for this task, please read section 5 below. If you want to create an attachment for this task or change its priority level, please read section 6 below. If you want to send an email to an assignee about this task or change who this task is assigned to, please read section 7 below. If you want to delete this task from either platform or change its status from current/active/incomplete/canceled/postponed or unsend it altogether, please read section 8 below. To remove tasks from your project or just update them, please read section 9 below. To add subtasks to any of your tasks or update any of them, please read section 10 below. To attach files or links to any of your tasks or update any of them, please read section 11 below. To change how many days or hours remain until your task is due or how many days or hours have passed since it was last updated, please read section 12 below. To deactivate or deassign a task from an assignee or change who it is assigned to, please read section 13 below. To edit how long something takes or how many units are required to complete a task, please read section 14 below. To set up templates for your tasks and/or their categories or labels so they stay consistent with each other, please read section 15 below. If you want to set up notifications for things like someone commenting on a task or someone assigning a task to someone else, please read section 16 below.
