These storefronts can be run by anyone, however, there are restrictions on what types of items can be spd. Some of these restrictions include the fplowing:

-You must have a business page, user pages cannot be used to sell products.

-You must have a physical address.

-You must provide your real name and contact information.

-You must have professional photos of your product.

These restrictions are in place so that Facebook does not get in trouble with any laws it might break. Facebook does not allow you to sell illegal or prescription drugs, but they do allow you to sell other items such as clothing and jewelry.
