First, go to Business Manager, then under Apps, click on the link called “Facebook.” It will take you to your Facebook settings. Scrpl down until you find “Shopping” and select the sub-section “Set up a Store.” Once you fill out all the information, you can set up your store. Then, go to the next sub-section “Create an Order Form.” You can add an order form to your page directly from here. This will allow you to cplect customer information when they decide to purchase from your store. Once you have completed adding your order form to your page, you can begin using the forms in Gravity Forms. Use the same URL that you created when setting up your store in WordPress. You can find a list of forms in a variety of categories for free by visiting the WordPress store. Finally, when a customer places an order through your contact form, they will see a confirmation message on your Facebook page via Messenger requesting them to pay for their order. After the customer pays, they will receive a confirmation message from Facebook saying that their order has been shipped. Also, if you have any questions about setting up a store or using this integration, you can visit the Facebook help center. The help center will also help with any other questions that may arise during the process.
