Adobe Connect gives the opportunity to meet with clients, cpleagues or partners from around the world. You can easily create meetings without additional software or hardware. You can use Adobe Connect to make it easier to work with remote employees or partners. You can hpd webinars or lectures. You can even use Adobe Connect for presentations at conferences and other events. Adobe Connect works on any computer and on mobile devices such as iPad, iPhone and Android phones. It's easy to use and it's free of charge.

Integration of Facebook Page and Adobe Connect

Adobe Connect makes it possible to integrate Facebook Page into the conference room. The conference room has a camera and microphone via which the user can conduct a video meeting and/or a conference call by using Facebook Page account. This integration enables you to speak and interact with participants on Facebook Page directly from the conference room. The participants will see the presenter on their screens as well as they will be able to hear them on their speakers. The presenter can either open Facebook Page account directly from the conference room or use his/her own computer (laptop. and access Facebook Page from there.

The process of integrating Facebook Page into the conference room includes 3 steps:

Step 1. Register Facebook Page account on Adobe Connect. After registering your account, you will be able to log in on any computer and will be able to join your account from there (from another computer.

Step 2. Create a meeting / schedule a call / start an event from Adobe Connect. In order to create a meeting, schedule a call or start an event from Adobe Connect, you need to enter your login data from your Facebook Page account. You will see your post feed from your account as well as buttons for creating a meeting, scheduling a call or starting an event. To create a meeting, you need to choose a topic for your meeting, provide a title for the meeting and select the date and time for hpding the meeting. To schedule a call, you need to choose a topic for your call, provide a title for the call and select the date and time for hpding the call. To start an event, you need to choose a topic for your event, provide a title for the event and select the date and time for hpding the event. After scheduling a call or starting an event, you will be provided with a link to join this meeting or event with your Facebook Page account credentials.

Note. When you decide to create a meeting / schedule a call / start an event from within Facebook Page, you will be asked to authorize Adobe Connect app with your Facebook Page account through a special authorization code that is sent to you by email. You must enter this code in order to proceed further (connecting your account with Adobe Connect.

Step 3. Log in with your Facebook Page credentials into the conference room (before or during the meeting / call / event. After logging into the conference room with your Facebook Page credentials, you will be asked if you want to participate in the event (meeting / call / event. via Facebook Page (if you want to participate, click Yes button; if not, click No button. If you answer Yes, an invitation will be sent to all participants of this event (meeting / call / event. via Facebook Page (displayed in their timelines. who have authorized Adobe Connect app with their Facebook Page accounts through authorization code sent by email (as described earlier. Once they accept this invitation, they will be able to see you during this meeting / call / event on their screens as well as they will be able to hear you on their speakers. Participants who haven't authorized their accounts yet won't be able to see/hear you during this meeting / call / event because they won't be able to join this event (meeting / call / event. without authorization code sent by email (as described earlier.
