  • ShipCloud is a shipping software built for eCommerce. Using Shipcloud, users can import their orders into ShipCloud and manage their shipping in one place. Users can print labels, automate reminders, and even print shipping documents. There are also integrations with popular shipping carriers like UPS and FedEx. [2]

This method will allow you to build up a custom audience that is based off of real interactions with your brand versus just strictly Facebook ad impressions.

    One thing that I think could be improved is how Moz handles the integration with Facebook. Currently, they integrate with many different systems including Google Analytics, Salesforce, Shopify, MailChimp, and others. However, there are no guides or instructions for integrating Facebook Lead Ads or any of the other tracking systems with Shipcloud. The only documentation available is on how to install the tracking pixel for certain websites. This makes it very hard for someone who doesn’t have a background in coding to connect the two platforms together without having to pay someone else. If they were able to create a guide and/or video tutorial on how to do this it would be very beneficial for their customers. [4]

    Overall Moz has done a great job integrating two of their core products together for eCommerce companies running on WordPress. The main takeaway here is that if you are making a purchase of either of these products it is important that you take the time to set up the integration between them.
