Integration of Facebook Lead Ads and Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Facebook Lead Ads?

Lead generation is an important process in any business. Lead generation helps to create leads which are potential customers who can be converted into actual customers for a company. Lead generation is a process where potential customers are identified, and they are encouraged to purchase goods or services. In the past, lead generation was done by advertising in newspapers or magazines, by telemarketing, or even by personal visits to potential customers. In this digital age, social media has become one of the most popular platforms for lead generation. Facebook is one of the most popular social media platforms where a lot of people can be reached. Facebook is the most popular social media website and it is used by more than 2 billion people around the world. In simple terms, Facebook Lead Ads are ads that help companies to reach out to people on Facebook and encourage them to take certain actions such as making a purchase or filling up their contact information which can be useful for the company in the future.

Facebook Lead Ads work like standard ads but they use custom audiences and custom conversions. Custom audiences are based on the data cplected from Facebook users; they give companies a chance to reach people who have already expressed interest in their products or services. Unlike standard ads, which are not targeted towards specific groups, Facebook Lead Ads can be targeted towards specific people on the basis of their location, demographics, interests, and other factors. The only requirement for using Facebook Lead Ads is that the company should have an established page on Facebook. It takes three steps to create Facebook Lead Ads:

Create a new ad set Select your campaign objective Choose your audience

The campaign objective determines what kind of action you expect from your potential customers. There are four different campaign objectives:

Page Likes. your goal here is to get people to like your page. App Installs. you want people to install your app. Website Conversions. you want people to visit your website. Lead Form Submissions. you want people to fill up a lead form.
