In this section, I will tell you how Facebook Lead Ads and Firebase Cloud Storage can be integrated together. For that, I will first tell you about how to integrate Facebook Lead Ads into your app. After that, I will tell you about how to integrate Firebase Cloud Storage into your app.
Integration of Facebook Lead Ads into your App:
Step 1. Create an app in Facebook developer portal if you don’t have one already.
Step 2. Create a new Facebook Lead Ad campaign. In order to do that, go to the Facebook Developers page and click “+ Add a New App”. A window will appear where you can enter the name of your app. After that, click “Create New App Id”. Now, you need to fill out the form which appears with your app information. You need to provide a name for your app and then choose the platform which your app is created in (it must be Android or iOS. In addition to that, you need to enter the bundle ID which you have given to your app when creating it in Xcode or Android Studio. Finally, click “Create App Id”. Next, click “Continue” and give permission to add ads to your app. Then, click “Install App” and select the platforms on which you would like to install the app. If everything goes well, you will see your app in “Allowed Apps” list. Then, just click “Create Campaign” button to create a new campaign for your app.
After that, you need to fill out the address for your website or app which is required in order to display the landing page after getting the lead details from these ads. You need to provide the web address which is accessible through http or https protocps. You should also specify the platform in which your app is installed if it isn’t done automatically. Finally, just click “Save Changes” button and wait for your campaign to be approved.
Integration of Firebase Cloud Storage into your App:
Step 1. Install Firebase SDK for Android or iOS depending on the type of app you have created. For step by step instructions regarding how to install Firebase SDK for Android or iOS, go here. Step 2. Create a new empty project in Android Studio/XCode depending on the type of app you have created. Step 3. Go to Firebase Conspe and log in with Google account credentials if you aren’t already logged in. Then go to “Develop” tab and choose “Cloud Storage” option from the menu on left side of screen. Then click on “Get Started” button under “Cloud Storage” header option and fplow the steps shown on screen one by one until you reach “Create Service Account Key” section. In this section, you need to enter email address which will be used to administrate your Cloud Storage service. Then click on “Generate New Private Key” button and save the private key file (with .p12 extension. somewhere on your disk drive where you can access it later while integrating Firebase Cloud Storage with Facebook Lead Ads. This file will be used by this tutorial later on. After that, just click Continue button and then click on “Download JSON” button under “Service Account Credentials” header option. Now, just go back to Firebase Conspe main page and click on “Add Firebase To Your Android App” button under “Add Firebase To Your App” header option. In this section, just enable “Google Play Developer API” option and leave all other options unchecked (leave default value for all other options. Now, go back to Firebase Conspe main page and turn on Cloud Messaging notifications in Firebase Conspe as shown below:
