Integration of Expensify and Flipkart

Both Expensify and Flipkart have built their business models on providing value to their customers. Expensify is designed to make managing business expenses easier while Flipkart has built the country’s largest eCommerce platform that hampers competition and provides better prices than its rivals. However, the two companies have recently cplaborated to leverage each other’s strengths so that they can become stronger as a team and not get left behind by their rivals. Expensify’s integration with Flipkart will be available within a year, Barrett said during his Fireside chat at the 2017 New York Stock Exchange (NYSE. CEO Summit held in New York on September 19, 2017. He said that Expensify was focused on helping small businesses get reimbursed for their expenses quickly and easily while giving them the data they need to manage those expenses better. To do so, they have been making partnerships with other companies in order to reach more businesses as well as helping them manage their finances better. Expensify already works with over 100 different apps such as Bank of America, Concur and Amazon Pay to help small businesses get reimbursed for their expenses quickly and easily through those platforms or directly into their bank account. Barrett said that he was interested in integrating with other eCommerce platforms as well since it had been difficult for smaller businesses to track all the products they purchased online through various portals or apps.
