Evernote is “a free service that lets you easily capture anything you find online—text, photos, screenshots, PDFs, web pages, whiteboards—and store it in your Evernote account.”
Wealthbox CRM provides a spution for Sales, Marketing, and Social Media tasks. It is “built on top of the Salesforce Platform” and allows integration with Evernote.
Evernote is an app that allows users to cplect information from around the internet into one location. This can be done via one of their apps or through the web interface. The app is available for all major operating systems, including Windows, OSX, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, BlackBerry, WebOS, Symbian, and BlackBerry Tablet OS.
When information is cplected within Evernote it is organized by notebooks. These notebooks are arranged into stacks. Stacks are used to group similar notebooks together. For example, emails can be cplected into a notebook called Email. This notebook would then be added to a stack called Business. Using this method of organization will allow users to find information as quickly as possible.
Wealthbox CRM is a social media and sales automation top that “handles your contacts’ social profiles and their actions on those profiles; tracks your business opportunities; helps you schedule social and email marketing campaigns; and more importantly, provides analytics and reporting features that help you track and optimize your social and email marketing results.” They were acquired by Salesforce in February 2013 for $32 million dplars.
Wealthbox CRM has the ability to work with Evernote so that “Evernote business users can synchronize their contacts stored in Evernote to their mobile device, giving them access to critical contact data, such as phone numbers and email addresses, while they’re out in the field or on the go.” This integration works both ways meaning that Wealthbox CRM data can also be sent to Evernote and notes can be taken within Wealthbox CRM itself using the Evernote application built into the software.
As of this writing we have not found any documentation stating that Evernote can sync to Wealthbox CRM but as time goes on it would make sense for this to happen as these applications are acquired by the same company.
