SendGrid is an email delivery platform. It provides email APIs for developers and businesses to send emails from their applications and websites.

Integration of Evernote and SendGrid

At first, the integration of these two applications might not seem obvious. However, once you start using both applications together, you'll see how they complement each other perfectly.

The integration of Evernote and SendGrid will give you a more efficient way of managing your business emails. You'll be able to track every email you send with Evernote and keep all important data within your Evernote account. This will help you increase productivity and ensure that you're always on top of important information.

Let's take a look at how you can integrate these two applications. Here are a few tips to help you set up this effective combination:

Start by creating a notebook in Evernote where you'll store all your emails. Next, forward all your business emails to your new Evernote account. If you don't have an Evernote account yet, sign up for one. 1. Go to Evernote.com and click on the "Create Account" button. Then fill out the registration form. 2. After signing up for Evernote, install the desktop client on your computer and install the mobile app on your phone or tablet. Then log in with your credentials. 3. On your mobile device, open the Evernote app and click on "Create New Notebook." Give the notebook a name and tap "Save." 4. Now go back to the main screen of the app and select "My Notes." 5. Tap "New Note" and create a new note with the subject "Business Emails." 6. Select the note and tap on "Share Note" in the upper right corner. 7. In the pop-up menu, tap on "Business Emails." 8. Press "Set Note Title" and type in a description for this note (for example, "Business Emails #1". 9. Open your email inbox and find an email with an attachment. Copy the email address of this message by clicking on "Reply," then tapping "Email Address" and selecting "Copy Email Address." 10. Go back to Evernote and paste this email address into a new note. The text will automatically become an embedded link. 11. Press "Share Note" in the upper right corner again, but this time choose "Forward to Business Emails." 12. In the pop-up window that appears, press "Forward to Business Emails" again. 13. Press "Done" to finish forwarding this message to Evernote. 14. Now go back to your email inbox and repeat this process until you've forwarded all relevant business emails to your Evernote account. Once you've finished forwarding all emails, return to your Evernote account and open your Business Emails note. Once all your messages are in this notebook, you can start viewing them on different devices. Go to Evernote Web and log in with your credentials. 15. On the left sidebar, select "Business Emails." 16. Click on any message from this list to view it in full screen mode. 17. On the bottom topbar of the note window, select "Print" to send an electronic copy of the message via email. 18. If you want to edit the content of any message before sending it out, simply double-click on it to open it in a new tab in your browser. Then make your changes, save it and send it out again from Evernote Web. 19. While you're browsing through your messages online, you can add related files like photos or PDFs by clicking on the appropriate icon in the header bar at the top of the page (the same icons that appear in note windows. 20. Now go back to your Business Emails note in Evernote for iPhone or iPad. 21. Open the note you want to forward again and tap on the three dots at the upper right corner of the screen. 22. Select "Forward Message" from the drop-down menu. 23. In the pop-up window that appears, tap on "Forward to Business Emails." 24. Tap on "Forward Message" next to this option in order to send a copy of this message via email as well. 25. Repeat this process until you've sent copies of all relevant messages via email as well as Evernote Web. Once all messages are forwarded to Evernote, check your Gmail inbox again for new messages that arrived after forwarding them to Evernote. 26. Repeat steps 6-16 above to forward these messages as well (you may have to edit some of them first. Remember to forward duplicates once you've finished forwarding all original messages as well so you won't miss anything important while doing so. 27. When you're done forwarding all initial messages, log out of Evernote Web by pressing "Log Out" in the upper right corner of the page or by pressing Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Q (this works only if you use Chrome. 28. Go back to your main screen in Evernote on your computer or mobile device and open your Business Emails notebook again. 29. Click on any message from this list to view it in full screen mode. 30. On the bottom topbar of the note window, select "Send Email" to send an electronic copy of the message along with its attachments via email from within Evernote. 31. Repeat steps 29-30 until all initial messages have been sent via email as well as from Evernote Web. 32. Once all initial messages have been sent out via email again as well as from Evernote Web, retrieve them from their respective Gmail inboxes (you may have to search for them again because they might have been buried under new messages. 33. Open these messages in their own tabs in Google Chrome (by pressing Ctrl/Cmd + T), then click on "Print" in the bottom topbar of each message tab. 34. In the print preview window that appears, change the printer name (if necessary), add a printer comment (optional), set a print range (optional), click on "Print" again and press Ctrl/Cmd + P before printing copies of these messages from within Gmail itself (optional. 35. Repeat steps 33-34 until all original messages have been printed as well as forwarded from within Gmail itself or within Evernote Web again (you may want to edit some of them again before forwarding them. 36. When everything has been sent out through Gmail as well as from within Evernote Web again, return to your Business Emails note in Evernote on your mobile device or computer again and delete any duplicates once you've checked that everything has been forwarded from Gmail as well as from within Evernote Web again (optional. 37. Now go back to Gmail for iPhone or iPad again and repeat steps 31-32 until everything has been sent out through Gmail as well as from within Evernote Web again (optional. 38. When everything has been sent out through Gmail as well as from within Evernote Web again, delete any duplicates once you've checked that everything has been forwarded from Gmail as well as from within Evernote Web again (optional. Finally, here's what your completed Business Emails note should look like. 39.
