Integration of Evernote and HubSpot

In my opinion, Evernote and HubSpot have the best integration out there. It is so seamless that most people don’t even realize it exists. In this article, I will share my opinions about the integration of these two services and how it can benefit both companies.

Evernote is a note-taking application. It allows users to take notes in PDF, photos, webpages, audio notes, etc. It also allows them to categorize their notes by tagging or notebooks. The basic service is free while the premium service costs $5.99/month.

HubSpot is an all-in-one marketing platform that allows users to create landing pages, email lists, sales funnels, manage their social media presence, SEO, analytics, etc. They also offer other services like CRM, web hosting, etc. The basic service is free while the premium service costs $200/month.

The integration of Evernote and HubSpot is so seamless that most people don’t even realize it exists. Once you migrate your contact information from HubSpot to Evernote, you can easily use their respective mobile apps to access this information. Both mobile apps sync with each other automatically so you can use both apps at the same time without having to worry about losing information. You can then use Evernote’s OCR feature to search for keywords within your notes and get relevant results back. If you are using the premium version of Evernote, you can schedule emails in advance using its built-in email sending top. You can also store attachments in the cloud instead of emailing them directly to your contacts.

Integration of Evernote and HubSpot

Integration between these two services means that when you add a new contact into HubSpot, that contact will be automatically added to Evernote as well. You can then search all of your contacts within Evernote using the keywords that are associated with that contact in HubSpot. The integration works in both directions where changes made in one service are reflected in the other service as well. For example, if you change a contact’s name in HubSpot, that same contact’s name will be changed in Evernote as well.

Benefits of Integration of Evernote and HubSpot

Personally, I think this integration has its limitations but it does provide some benefits. To begin with, it is good for keeping track of contacts that you have met at networking events or conferences. Instead of trying to remember their names or business cards, just type in their name into your mobile app to find them in your ecosystem. Another benefit is being able to schedule emails or reminders for fplow-ups with your contacts without having to set up an appointment with your calendar software. Last but not least, if you are using the premium version of Evernote, you can save time by not having to email back and forth with your contacts because you can simply copy/paste the file into your note that you want to send out to them. Of course, you still have to manually attach the file into the note but this integration will save you a lot of time when working with multiple contacts at once.

The process to integrate Evernote and HubSpot may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
