Integration of Evernote and GoToTraining

As a company, GoToTraining has grown from being a simple video-based training program to a comprehensive online platform for businesses to train their employees. Today, it is the leading online training resource that enables businesses to train their employees and enhance employee productivity in a cost-effective way. GoToTraining offers multiple online courses at a competitive price, which helps businesses to save money that would otherwise be spent on face-to-face training, travel expenses and other related costs. The business model of GoToTraining is based on the concept of freemium, which means that all the basic features of GoToTraining are free, while some advanced features are only available at a substantial fee.

On the other hand, Evernote is an application that can be used to store virtually any type of information – documents, pictures, audio files, videos, etc. – in its Web interface or on its mobile apps. It is suitable for both personal and business use and its wide range of features make it one of the most popular apps today. For example, users can create notes or to-do lists; they can share information with other people through a variety of methods such as emailing, chatting or posting on a social networking site (such as Facebook or Twitter); and they can export their notes to PDF format for easy printing.

With the integration of Evernote and GoToTraining, companies can set up their own training programs on the GoToTraining platform. Although the content creation process is relatively complicated and time-consuming, GoToTraining provides users with a series of tops that can aid them in creating effective training materials. Furthermore, companies can save time by managing all their training materials via one convenient platform.

GoToTraining’s training modules include video tutorials, quizzes and assignments that allow employees to learn new skills in a fun way. The platform also includes a discussion forum where employees may exchange ideas and suggestions with each other in order to develop their skills further. This platform not only allows companies to manage their training materials more efficiently, but it also encourages employees to engage with each other and develop as professionals.

Recommendation

From my research on both Evernote and GoToTraining, I have found that it is generally easier to use GoToTraining as a training top rather than Evernote.

Evernote was initially created to store notes created by individuals who need a place to store all their work-related information. However, because it is so versatile and customizable, there are many ways to use Evernote for both personal and professional purposes. It is possible to set up a blog using Evernote as well as using it as a CRM system in business. Aside from its versatility, Evernote also has many features that make it so appealing to both individuals and businesses. Users of Evernote can access their notes through a Web interface or via various mobile apps. In addition, they can organize their notes into notebooks and tags so that they are able to locate their information quickly and easily. Moreover, users can also share their notes with others online through email or social media sites.

However, because these two applications are so different from each other, there are some challenges when integrating them together. Both applications have limited functionality that does not integrate well with each other. For instance, users cannot add video files to Evernote because Evernote only supports text-based notes. Likewise, due to its simplicity, GoToTraining does not support adding more than one video file at a time either. Even though this process is laborious, it is still possible to integrate them together if users are willing to do so. By manipulating the video files before uploading them onto the GoToTraining platform, it is possible to convert them into text-based files that can be uploaded without much difficulty. In addition, because the functionality of both applications is limited, they are unable to truly benefit from each other. For example, users of Evernote cannot easily watch or listen to files that have been added to GoToTraining because they are not able to view them on their computers or mobile devices. Likewise, since GoToTraining does not sync with other cloud storage services such as Google Drive or Dropbox, users who want additional storage space will have to pay more for the premium version of GoToTraining.

The process to integrate Evernote and GoToTraining may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
