It helps users stay organized by providing them with a simple spution for managing projects in a structured manner. This way users do not have to keep track of their progress manually every day but instead they can do it through the use of Trello boards, cards, lists, etc., which are easy to understand and manage. Trello gives you the ability to create boards which are like bulletin boards where cards are placed on them. The cards represent tasks that need to be completed within a project and they are then moved from one board to another depending on the stage they are in during the project lifecycle. For example, after a card is created it is moved into the “To Do” cpumn where it sits until it gets completed by its creator or anyone else who is assigned the task of completing that particular card. Once a card has been completed it gets moved into another cpumn where it stays until someone else completes it or you move it back into the “To Do” cpumn when something goes wrong. This process continues until the card reaches the final stage where it is considered complete and ready for review by the rest of the team members on whose behalf it was originally created along with other tasks related to that project. Each card contains all necessary information such as attachments, comments by team members, due date, etc., so that everyone in a team knows what everyone else is working on at any given time and they do not get confused about things when asked by others specifically about certain tasks or projects they were assigned to work on at a specific time in a specific location by their manager or clients from outside the company they are part of. Trello also offers all of its users unlimited storage space because it primarily focuses on helping users get things done faster than ever before so they can finish their projects before deadlines set by their clients or managers from outside the company they work for.
