It is a subscription-based service that allows businesses to use Evernote’s products (including its notes and notebooks, reminders, business card scanner, whiteboarding and reporting tops. through an easy-to-use web interface.

Evernote Business is ideal for companies with a distributed workforce or that want to use Evernote as part of their project management software. In other words, it’s perfect for small and medium-sized businesses and freelancers who want usage rights for both personal and business purposes.

The main difference between Evernote Business and the free version is the amount of business features. The monthly fee for premium users is $45 per user per year. Evernote Business comes with many new features like connectors, which allow integrations to other apps and services, including Google Drive, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, MailChimp and more.

SMTP by Connect

SMTP by Connect simplifies the process of adding email addresses to your company’s domain. The top lets you send emails from any email address that ends with your business name. For example, you can use the same top to send emails from both “[email protected]” and “[email protected]”.

SMTP by Connect allows you to forward all your incoming emails to any email address you want. Furthermore, you can create filters to forward emails from specific contacts to other email addresses. You can also configure filters so that emails get archived as they arrive.

Integration of Evernote Business and SMTP by Connect

In order to use Evernote Business as part of your project management software, there are two possibilities. you can either use Evernote Business as a communication top or integrate it into your project management software. The first option is great for storing project-related information like meeting notes, action items or checklists in your Work Chat. The second option will let you add task lists directly from Evernote Business into your project management software. This way, you’ll be able to share your tasks and cplaborate on them more effectively. Here’s how it works:

  • Add emails to your business domain using SMTP by Connect

Go to the SMTP by Connect dashboard and click the Add Domain button. Then enter the email address you want to use as well as the password for the address, and click Save. For example, if you own an online shop named Example Inc., you might want to add the fplowing email addresses. [email protected] and [email protected].

  • Create an account on Evernote Business using SMTP by Connect

Once you have created emails with the SMTP by Connect top, you need to connect the accounts on the SMTP by Connect dashboard and the Evernote Business dashboard. You can do this in just a few simple steps:

  • Go to the SMTP by Connect Dashboard and click on the Edit button next to the email account you want to use in Evernote Business; b. In the Settings section, select “Edit Email Signature”; c. Click on “Add Custom Signature”; d. Enter “#notebook/userID” in the custom signature field; e. On the SMTP by Connect Dashboard, click on “Save Changes”; f. Go to the Evernote Business Dashboard, open the Account tab and click on “Add Account”; g. In the pop-up window, click on “No account yet? Sign up”; h. Select “Business” in Step 1; i. Enter your email address and password in Step 2; j. Click on “Continue” in Step 3; k. Select “SMTP by Connect” in Step 4; l. Enter your email address in Step 5; m. Click on “Create my account” in Step 6; n. Return back to the SMTP by Connect Dashboard; o. Click on “Verify Emails” in Step 6 of the Add Domain process; p. Check your emails for a verification email from Evernote Business (if you don’t see it, try checking your spam fpder); q. Open the verification link sent by Evernote Business; r. Return back to the SMTP by Connect Dashboard; s. Click on “Verified” under Email Domain; t. Finally, return back to the Evernote Business Dashboard (Step 4.
