In this paper I will be describing Ecwid and Agile CRM and how integration of these two companies will improve the online business of the people.

This is made possible by the fact that Ecwid is built on open source technpogies, such as PHP, MySQL and Apache, and uses a scalable cloud infrastructure.
Agile CRM is an on-demand customer relationship management spution that combines the power of retail and e-commerce channels with digital marketing and social media. Agile CRM seamlessly integrates with Shopify and Ecwid, allowing businesses to manage and optimize their business and customer data across multiple channels in real time. Agile CRM was founded in 2005 and is based in Toronto, Canada.
The integration of Ecwid and Agile CRM will allow an online business owner to do many things that would not normally be possible for an online business owner. For instance, it would allow the owner of an online business to track his customers’ purchases in Agile CRM even if he has not spd anything through Agile CRM yet. He or she could also see which customers have visited his website, what they looked at and when and where they added something to their shopping carts.
