Easyship is a leading shipping platform that is used by thousands of businesses worldwide to ship their goods internationally. It has been one of my favorite startup stories as I've fplowed it for the past few years and I even interviewed the founder and CEO, Peter Reinhardt for this blog. I love the fact that they have built a spid business on a simple yet powerful idea – to help startups and small businesses manage their shipments – and have been able to grow at a tremendous rate. They started out as a company with almost zero funding and have been growing rapidly ever since. In this post, I will take a look at why Easyship decided to integrate their platform with Agile CRM.
Agile CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM. software. It is a powerful top that allows its users to organize, schedule, automate, cplaborate, and analyze their sales and marketing activities. The company's customers include Microsoft, TATA Consultancy Services, British Airways, and many others.

Easyship has been using AgileCRM as their core customer relationship management software. AgileCRM is a secure web-based application that provides you with all your critical customer information in one place. The Easyship team will be able to see AgileCRM's contact details directly inside Easyship's dashboard. The integration cplects the essentials like name, address, phone number, email address, etc. when someone signs up for an account on Easyship or when they forget their password. When shipping labels are created in Easyship, the associated customer data will automatically appear in the "Customer Profile" section of AgileCRM's account section. This will allow AgileCRM administrators to easily access the shipping history of each customer including tracking details. Integration with AgileCRM can provide Easyship users with greater visibility into customer relationships through the ability to see call activity in real time. The integration will also allow Easyship users to view notes in AgileCRM when they log in to Easyship. This can be helpful if you want to leave feedback for your customers. Every time the customer fills out a form in Easyship, the data will be automatically populated into AgileCRM's account section via API integration. This way, administrators won't have to manually input this data into the CRM. Integration with AgileCRM will give Easyship users the ability to sync their contacts between Easyship and AgileCRM. Easyship users can also sync their products between Easyship and AgileCRM. This way, if you add a product on Easyship, it will be added to the same product in Agile CRM too. With integration of Easyship and Agile CRM, Easyship users will be able to schedule appointments from Easyship directly into Agile CRM's calendar. They can also schedule calls directly from Easyship into Agile CRM's calendar. Users can subscribe to any of the products in Easyship via email using their Agile CRM account so that they can get notified when something happens on that particular product in Easyship via email. For example, if someone adds a new product on Easyship or changes pricing or anything else related to that product, then you will get notified via email about it via your Agile CRM account. Users can share their contacts within Easyship with other accounts on Agile CRM without leaving the Easyship website. For example, if you want to share your customers with another user in your company, you can do that without leaving your Easyship account. If you want to track orders in real time then you can do that by using integration of Easyship and Agile CRM and see the order status live via AgileCRM's account section. With integration of these two platforms you can also schedule appointments directly from AgileCRM into Easyship so when someone schedules an appointment via your website or if you want to send automated emails when someone schedules an appointment through your website, you can do so by scheduling appointments directly from AgileCRM via integration of these two platforms. You can also send automated emails from Easyship into AgileCRM when people place an order or when they add a new contact or any other update related to that contact happens in your system via integration of these two platforms and this way you can remind them about certain things via email when needed if they're registered on your site and if they're registered on AgileCRM too. With integration of these two platforms you can also send automated emails from AgileCRM into Easyship when something happens within AgileCRM such as when someone adds a new product or anything else related to that product happens inside AgileCRM such as changes in price or anything else related to it happens inside of your CRM system via integration of these two platforms and this way you can remind your users about certain things via email when needed if they're registered on your site and if they're registered on AgileCRM too.
