Create an External ID for Shopify Integration using Salesforce AppExchangeWe will need an external identifier to integrate these systems together through Force.com platform. So we need to create an application through Force.com platform which will provide external identifiers for Shopify system as shown:Step 2. Create External Lists using Sales Cloud Data Management TopNow we will have to create some external lists that can be used to get data from Shopify system such as product list, order list etc. We can create these external lists by using Data Management Top provided by Sales Cloud as shown:Step 3. Define External IDs using Salesforce AppExchangeNow we will see how we can define external IDs using Salesforce AppExchange as shown:Step 4. Now select External ID Name as "Shopify" and External ID Type as "External ID" then click on "Read" button next to External ID field to read external IDs from Shopify system as shown below. After reading external IDs from Shopify system select one of the external IDs from drop-down menu then click on "Create" button as shown below. Now click on "Save" button at top right corner as shown below. Now we have exported orders from Microsoft Dynamic CRM system to Shopify system successfully as shown below. Step 6(c. Synchronizing Customers between Shopify System and Microsoft Dynamics CRM using Force.com Platform We can synchronize customers between shopify system and micro soft dynamics crm by fplowing these steps. First select "Accounts" tab on the left sidebar then click on "New" button as shown below. Now select External ID Name as "Shopify" and External ID Type as "External ID" then click on "Read" button next to External ID field to read external IDs from Shopify system as shown below. After reading external IDs from Shopify system select one of the external IDs from drop-down menu then click on "Create" button as shown below. Now click on "Save" button at top right corner as shown below. Now we have synchronized customers between shopify system and micro soft dynamics crm successfully as shown below. Step 7(a. Importing Orders into Microsoft Dynamics CRM from Shopify System using Force.com Platform We can import orders into micro soft dynamics crm from shopify system by fplowing these steps. First go to Data Import Handler then click on "New" button as shown below. Now select External ID Name as 'Shopify' and External ID Type as 'External ID' then click on 'Read' button next to External ID field to read external IDs from Shopify system as shown below. After reading external IDs from Shopify system select one of the external IDs from drop-down menu then click on 'Create' button as shown below.
