The integration helps to create an invoice from the email received from a customer or supplier. At first, you need to install the extension of PDFMonkey in your browser, by visiting the link mentioned above. Then, you need to sign up for a trial account at www.pdfmonkey.com. You need to add a new job in PDFMonkey, after logging into your account and then you need to provide the details about the required document in PDF format. After uploading the document, you will receive an email containing the download link for the converted file.Once you have received the email, you need to visit it to download the converted file and you can see the attachment in your email, under the name "PDF file". Now, you need to open the attachment and send it as an email to yourself. Then, you need to open your Outlook client and open the attachment from within Gmail, Yahoo Mail etc., then save it in your local drive and click on "Tops" and then "Options".Once you click on "Options", you need to click on "Save Attachments" tab and then select "Always ask me where to save attachments" checkbox and then click on OK button.
