Select “Email Address” field under Custom Fields section 5. Enter “password” in textbox 6. Save changes by clicking “Save” button 7. Done! Your “Email Address” field is now password protected in your Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. You will not be able to see your added contacts in your contact list until you remove or change your “Email Address” field password in your Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. 8. To remove or change your “Email Address” field password fplow these steps. 1. Go to Settings card in your Microsoft Dynamics CRM UI card view screen 2. Select “Security” option under Settings section 3. Select “Field Security” option under Fields section 4. Select “Email Address” field under Custom Fields section 5. Remove “password” from textbox 6. Save changes by clicking “Save” button 7. Done! Now you will be able to see your added contacts in your contact list.
